Art to me is a form of story telling. It is also an opportunity to use your imagination and see things from different perspectives and tap into a different universe you haven't thought of before. As a person who can't draw and likes looking at Art, I feel like I can tell different stories from a picture. Having that form of creativity is important in every aspect of life. One thing with Art is there are no wrong answers. Everybody can see things from different views and their imaginations and that is the beauty of it. In this picture the kid is missing both arms and one leg. Through all this he is still practicing to be the best at soccer. What I can see from this is how obstacles shouldn't hinder us from our goals.
Our liabilities are what makes us strong. This kid is an inspiration. The size of the soccer ball to me also displays how big or small our dreams may be. Having a big soccer ball illustrates our big dreams and how they are not too big to achieve. The look on his face to me also illustrates a form of determination. He is focused on one thing which is the ball and not distracted by anything else. The background is also an illustration. It seems like a calm environment but the trees and wood on the floor all seem to be broken and there are lots of dirt. That illustrates the world around us. Whether you grow up in a rich neighborhood or a poor one, your ambition will take you places.
Your circumstances shouldn't be a barrier to achieve success. The boy in the picture seems skinny and may not be as fortunate as others. That to me illustrates a form of resilience. He may not have a lot but he is happy with what he has. The soccer ball also doesn't seem to be in the best condition, but he is making due with it. It illustrates working with what you have and seeing it as enough. We all get into certain times where we want more or wish for something different instead of appreciating the position we are in and embracing it.
