One thing I have been thinking about lately is just how much each of us are going through on the daily and how no matter how good life may be, we all have our own demons. Everyone has their own demons and struggles they are going through and I think it has impacted how I treat people and see everyone. I have started to see more things from other people's point of view and have used that to determine how much of an impact it has on their actions. This individual may be going through this or may come from this background and that is the reason they act the way they do or how they go about things. No one lives a prefect life and there is always bad with the good to give life a form of balance.
People who make is seem like life is all perfect and they don’t deal with their own struggles are a lie. Each and everyone including myself have our demons that we fight daily and of course some of us get to the space to where we are able to conquer them and have found ways to deal with them but that is not the same for everyone. Some are going through their struggles each and every second to the point where they can barely get out of bed. This mindset has impacted how I treat people and I have came to the philosophy that no matter what, everyone is trying the best they can. It may not be perfect and of course like every human being we all make mistakes but life is not easy.
Each and everyone of us are doing what we can to navigate it and having someone from the outside judging or adding more negativity doesn’t necessarily help. This is second to keep in mind when people are going through things or acting in ways that may not make sense to others. It may not make sense to you and honestly the person doing it may not fully understand the magnitude of what is happening but they like every human being are trying to figure things out. I think we should be more understanding towards others and this is speaking mostly for me too to be honest. Who am I to judge someone when I don’t know the battles they fight daily just to leave the house. We all deserve to be understood and even if we don’t know these people personally or what they are going through, additional judgement doesn't help.
